It isn’t difficult to attain an athletic resting heart rate. Seriously, it isn’t. Coming soon will be an essay organized from my notes on the topic. I have tried to combine information from marathoner, Bill Rodger’s book “The Complete Idiot’s Guide To Jogging” with stuff I studied as a med student learning human physiology. Stay tuned.
